U. S. Small Business Administration Loans
We will provider resources from lending partners to structure the loan transaction to fit one of the Small Business Administration loan programs and get it funded. These loan programs are made available through participating lenders to companies for real property facilities to be used by the companies to conduct their businesses. The two main advantages of these loan programs are the much smaller down payments typically required and the lower interest rates that are charged.
